The Discovery 55 is the ultimate performance cruiser in every respect. The discovery 55 has a standard Solent rig with self tacking roller blade jib, furling genoa and electric in mast mainsail designed to give maximum speeds and easy handling at all points of sailing. The teak decks are uncluttered with seats on the fore and aft decks, ideal for taking in the scenery. There is a diving platform and shower on the transom for warm, lazy days at anchor. The yacht even has it's own hot tub in the cockpit for relaxing with a few bubbles or filling with cold water for a refreshing dip. The interior is light and airy and the raised deck saloon is truly unique in providing panoramic views from the dining area and navigation station. With full air conditioning and heating along with surround sound CD, DVD and flat screen TV guests can enjoy the comfort of this amazing yacht all year round. The Galley is fully equipped for a wide range of catering on board with a fridge, freezer, microwave and gas oven. Accommodation is in three spacious double cabins, the aft stateroom with ensuite facilities, the forward stateroom and the pullman cabin with twin beds and shared heads/ shower room.
